I live in Ontario, Canada. I have a friend who lives in China. I want to buy Crown Royal and Seagrartis V. O. whisky. Where can I find the breweries of these whiskys? Does anyone know how much they cost? Does anyone know how the Canadian government taxes exports of liquor? If you have any information, please post the telephone numbers of where I can reach this information (Canadian government, brewery telephone numbers).

Here you can find some information about exporting merchandise. As for the breweries:

Crown Royal seems the place to ask for those.

and do you mean Seagrams V.O. whiskey (seagrartis I've never heard of )

Yes you are right that is Seagrams V.O. not Seagrartis V. O.
