i just aquired a mini jet filtration system and i'm wondering when i should filter the beer and what course of filter to use. I would add dextrose to the beer after i filter it into another carboy...correct?

Cant help ya I dont filter I think you will find out you dont need to also.

By the way you will only add dextrose to bottle not if your going to secoundary your beer. If your going to keg then after 2 weeks fermenting , 2weeks conditioning you could transfer to keg and filter but, when I get room to start keging I'll probablly force carb once again no dextrose. Dosnt make since to have co2 a keg of beer and waiting on it. Buy the way LOL DG!!
