I've seen this site on the internet and it talks about good tasting potent booze(wine) in 4 days.Is this B.S. or what?I tried the old prison wine making before and all I got was 20 proof syrup.I'm brand new to this subject but I would think after only a four day fermentation most of the sugar will still be in the mix and not taste good at all!Has anyone tried one of these kits and if so what were the results?
The reason I ask is because I'd like to start making wine but I don't want to have to wait 6 months (if not necessary) to have a good idea of the final outcome.I don't want to put in a buttload of hard work only to have been screwing up the entire time.I do have patience(I used to grow exotic herb,I mean herbs hehe)but I'd like to have some idea of what the finished product will be like.Is it 50% skill 50% pot luck?
Also is it possible to ferment in say an indoor grow room so the co2 released from the wine can feed the plants or would this be considerable risk of wine spoilage do to contamination?
Thanks in advanced, sorry for so many newbie questions!

never done one of the boozer kits but i fyou really want o make a wine make one that people say it is an early drinker you can find post on here .. .. you should be able to drink something in four months and as you taste it further taste it mature .. mezza luna red comes to mind . a non oak white should be tasteable at 4 .. and you could alway go for one of the fruit wine mixes i was told they come out like wine cooler and are drinkable when they are done . .. but even the cheepest kits will taste better or at their best at 10 months to a year . and the other go up from there
