What is the best way to remove a fizziness in red wine. MLF is complete and SO2 at 30ppm has been added.

Time. Give it time. I took that little stirring thing and put it in shed. First two rackings just been splashing wine in carbaoy then in a few months its gone. But you have finished MLF so 1 splash racking and let it set.
