Slow Fermentation: My new batch of grape apple wine has slowed to a crawl. Vigorous fermentation has stopped with 6 points left. What went wrong? Should I transfer into airlock now? Or add a new yeast solution to it, to start vigorous fermentation again?

What do you mean by 6 points 1.060 or 1.006. If you mean 1.006 then yes you should have done this more around the 1.020 range. Rack that is.
