I am sorry to say the passing of 5 bottles of Niagara Blackberry occurred into my late harvest Pinot gris. I just wanted a little bit of blackberry tones to it, and those battles were full of CRAP!That’s what happens when you are impatient and bottle too soon.

So with a hefty Hail Mary! with my left hand, I raised a toast to Bacchus, and dumped them all into the mix. We’ll have to see what happens, the SG is 1065. And BTW, my Battle of the Late harvest Pinot Gris still continues…news at eleven.
