Ok, I started my Blueberry wine on February 6th, it was a slow start on the ferment, and only after warming it up and adding yeast energizer did it really take off, now here it is only March 5th and I racked it into a clean secondary,, I tasted it and it tastes fantastic, seemed quite clear as well... I put it in the secondary and put the airlock back on, but was wondering if this is normal. the other stuff I have made tastes pretty horrible at this point.. would it hurt to bottle this now? Or should I let it go and rack it again in a couple months??

No it may taste good now but it still has a lot of work left to be done. IE it still has a lot of CO2 in it.

Yea, after posting this question, I had a small glass of this,,it tasted good, but it was still kind of heaving feeling.. it still has to settle out a bit,,, so I'll rack it again in a couple months,, and see where its at.. Thanks Bob
