What kinds of wines are you interested in making?

actually I am not sure I love wine, and I love cooking, and experimenting with stuff, and I thought that it would be neat to at least get some information on wine making. I think I would be more interested in making whine from different fruits, that are harder to buy, than wine from grapes.

There is a recipe book out there called Winemakers Recipe Handbook. It's pretty simple, has good basic information, and has lot's of recipes for making wine from all sorts of fruit. http://eckraus.com/WINEMAKING/Books_-and-_Videos/ Page_1/BKW170.html is one place you can get it. There are recipes on the website as well, and you can get most of your supplies such as acids and yeast etc at the site as well. There are many winemaking websites out there however you can get them from I just like this particular site because of the amount of free information they provide.

Along with that why don't you join the site instead of just being a "guest". Give us a name! Tell us a little about yourself. There is a ton of good information here and many people who would love to chat about this subject and offer advice or information.
