Late Harvest Pinot Gris…Winter Brewing Already?

I guess by now you’ve seen my picture of the 3 berry guarana must/wine. Well the temperatures here in Oregon USA have gotten really cold,so the progress is viscous at best…

The say it is a La nino - we will see a la nina, the baby in december. So maybe there is hope to brew more blackberry wine, but not for a while.

The ambient temperature of the concrete floor in the garage where my harley-davidson sits is 35 degrees-which is also the same floor that my wine sits on in the adjoining laundry room. So I had to move the Pinot Gris % gallon carboy up on top of the dryer- that way when I dry clothes it also warms up the wine-just a bit to keep the yeast happy. :-D Such is the laundry room blues, lol.

If you are still reading this, I poise this question to you; Is it wrong to take your liver renewal homeopathic treatments with a glass of beer or wine?

Thank you in advance for your input.
