Kosher Wine

Of course I am late (even though I am Jewish) because Passover has come and gone once more, but I never really gave much thought to the concept of Kosher whine and what it means.

Anything Wine posted a review about a Kosher Wine and about what it is that makes a wine kosher, which is a flash pasteurisation at 92 degrees Centigrade.
