I put 10 tablespoons of acid blend and 10 tbsps. of yeast nutrient in my blackberry wine instead of 2 tbsps. each. The s.g. was 1.090 and is about 6 imperial gallons of wine. Can I do anything to fix it or should I just leave it as is or throw it out?

Wow. Well you could try using calcium carbonate to cancel out the acid but I dunno what you will end up with, I guess you will have to add some and then measure the PH until you get it right. The nutrient I am not sure there is a way to get rid of, so you may have to toss it. Sorry. All the trouble you will have to go through it may not end up being any good anyway, so you may want to toss it. Sorry!
