i need a recipe to make applejack with everclear i know i need apple juice and apple cider and brown sugar what else do i need and how much i need of everything

You take everclear, apple juice, apple cider, and brown sugar and you return it to the store after which you should have enough money to buy some apple jack.

what your talking about is a cordial...hillbilly style. Figure one shot of everclear per 8 oz glass apple cider.. Brown sugar will work, but honey is better, about 1 teaspoon per 8 oz glass.. Let the stuff ferment in your refrigerator about a month, making sure to swirl it around weekly, so the honey can do its job tempering the fire of the everclear. What you will have is drinkable, join and let us know how bad the hangover was.
I used to make mulberry cordial...kick ass!

Apple Jack is made by freezing apple wine right? So mix it up applejuice, brown sugar and and little lightning. Freeze it and scope Ice off untile there is no more. Then join forum and let us know how it was.

i found a bunch when i searched for everclear apple pie

almost all 1 gal apple cider 1 gal apple juice 4 cups sugar 8 cinnamon sticks let boil 1 hour cool down add 1 liter of everclear chill and enjoy
