I love pomegranates and was tempted to by pomegranate concentrate. I have no Idea what to do with it though. It has such a great color, I thought it might do well in a cocktail. Any Ideas?

try looking on foodnetwork.com they have a lot of recipes that include pomegranate

I make a pomegranate cordial every year for Beltane. Start with 48 ounces juice. Remove 1 1/2 cups of juice and add 1 cup of grain alcohol, and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of honey. Mix in glass jar in the fridge and shake it every week to mix it up. After about 1 month it should be 'aged' enough to drink.
