I have strange floating things in one of my bourbons.
It looks like clumps of something fluffy, when I shake the bottle it clears up but reappears after a few hours. Any Idea what this is?

It's the elusive bourbon fish. I think they are endangered.

Seriously it's probably just some of the oak tannins clumping up unless it has a cork then it could be some bacteria from the cork that ended up in the bourbon. How's it taste?
