I have started a new wine kit. I want to wait till the time is done for the yeast, then add fruit and more yeast, and let it begin again. what do you think?

I guess I didn't say it right. what I was thinking was this. in a kit, it's juice. I wanted to wait the number of days, 5 to 7 days for this kit. then, let it start all over again, by adding some fruit and another pack of yeast. I don't know if this would give it a bit more body. I was wondering if anyone has ever done this? I don't want to ruin the kit.
