I have been looking for the Lasagna Recipe that Jeff Smith did in one of the magazines(I think it was Southern Living) He said he went to Italy and it was on the menu there. He said he came home and made his own. It was called White Lasagna, made with all white cheese.
I went to the library, but couldn't fine it in any of his cook books.
I hope you can help me to fine the recipe I am looking for.

Um... this is DRINKS planet. Unless you plan on making lasagna and then putting it in a blender and want advice on this I am not sure why you are posting the question here.

That being said, what you are talking about is basic white vegetable lasagna. Delish has a bunch of good recipes for anything you can think of on the site, it's free, and a good place to look. It won't be the pedifile's (The frugal gourmet) recipe, but you can look at a bunch of recipes and maybe figure out one of your own.
