i have about 6 gallons of red wine going and it got really cold where i live so i put my wine on a air vent and left it for like 12 hours. the fermentation almost stoped i got it to hot so i added a sugar flurry to the wine and it went crazy im talkin about boiling like crazy. and now its goin but not very good is there ne thing i can do besides nutrients cuz i have none

it dosnt have to bubble like a frinzy the whole way through, just keep it about 72, check sg if you let it get to warm it may have blown through most of the sugar

but do you think i messed up by adding sugar to it two weeks after fermentation?

depends on your starting sg and how much you added. maybe not and maybe it will be a little sweet.

a hydrometer is the one basic u should buy when doing wine.

buy it and read up on wine making technques...
