i ha 5 gallon of wine on first fermintaion,its been 7 days,i used a 5 gallon carboy hard lesson i lost about a quart due to rapid fermination, this was made from welch juice do i need to rack this now or can i just leave it in there an top it off and how would u reconmend topping this off?

you are ok right now let it go, when time comes just rack with water or you can use a litle concentrate.

u did your primary fermentation in a carboy? and now u want to continue using it for your secondary?
