how to increase alcohol content in homemade wine
By increasing the amount of sugar that you put in your must at the begining or feeding it a little more sugar after the heavy fermentaion is over. Be careful not to put to much sugar in at the begining you may have trouble getting the yeast to grow.
do you just add sugar...or a sugar solution in say cool boiled water?
I use or make syrup for it.
