how much does it cost to fill up a 20lb co2 cylinder and where would i do that

In my neck of the woods, $3.50. Local welding supply store is good option. Look under industrial gasses in the phone book.

Assuming your IP address is some indication of where you reside (near Witcita KS) I think the closest in location to you is in El Dorado a place called Youngs welding supply 316-321-2130

Dunno if this helps you may have just been driving through, if so tell us where you are or just google welding supplies like I did.
