If you happen to be in the USA most of the states have a .08 percent level that is intoxication but you can be in trouble if you are impaired as well which is strictly a way they can legally screw you over semantics and get away with it. Most people process one drink in one hour but that varies a lot. Often two drinks are enough to put you over the legal limit for driving. In the EU they are a LOT more strict about driving and if I remember correctly there is a zero tolerance there for any amount of alcohol. Best rule of thumb is not to put yourself in a situation where you have to do anything like driving and drink alcohol.
