Did you try googling it?
You might try here:
http://www.corning.com/lifesciences/us_canada/en/
technical_resources/doc_library/index.aspx
And click on "ask the scientist"
Keep in mind that corning sold the tester product line to Nova Analytics, website is here:
http://www.novaanalytic.com/
and they sell meters through ebro who has a website here:
http://www.ebro.com/en/products/index.php
This is what happens when you buy old equipment.
You might try a university lab near to you to have the thing calibrated. University of Minnesota has a lab which does this, their website is here:
http://www.cbs.umn.edu/eis/
I would try there or at least email them your question. You may have something so obsolete that you will no longer be able to find what you need to calibrate it, however if you can find out how to adjust it from someone maybe the guys at UM you can get calibration kits which have predetermined PH liquids in packets. They are available here:
http://www.eckraus.com/WINEMAKING/
Wine_Making_Equipment/Acid_-and-_Sulfite_Testing/
pH_METER_RE/Page_1/PH490.html
and are cheap, only about 7 dollars.
Incidentally there is a product manual for the corning 220 PH meter and it's in PDF form and the address is here:
http://tryps.rockefeller.edu/Protocols/pH_meter_ns.pdf
Hope all this confusing information helps.
