I just put 5 gallons together in my primary. I have made nice wines in the past but this time the fruit is all mine. Honeyberry is relatively new and recipes are not to common. I am struggling with the right recipe for jams and jelly but the good thing is my non setting jars just get dumped into the primary.
Has their been any successes in this fruit here?

I can safely say this batch of wine turned out excellent. One hitch, I found it was very sneaky stuff. No known recipe for this fruit so it was a gamble. Great gamble.

Doug, I'm very interested in your Honeyberry wine experience. I am looking at exploring this a bit. I know there are numerous varieties and want to see what you have tried. What is your most successful recipe? Its a very easy plant to grow as it is a hardy survivor. Thanks.
MIKE
