Description:
Here it is- 1 month old Niagara grape with D-47 yeast. Mild American oaked with a clean cool finish, and lots of mouthfeel to this one. So we pillaged it with 1/2 tsp pottasium sorbate per gallon and killed the yeast, added 1/16 tsp metabusulphite, and will wait for the rest to fall. Looks good, don't it?
