Well you could buy some e-books from Amazon or something, but I would search some of the different Homebrew Suppliers online, many have very good information. The ECKraus.com website in particular has hundreds of articles which explain many phases of wine making. There are a couple of sites where they sell grape vines which have good info on viniculture which I can't think of off the top of my head but use Google. Search, look around and explore. Best way to find out how to do something is to do it. Wine is a test of ones patience more than anything else. For example I am just about to bottle this week on Saturday a batch or strawberry wine which I started in April of 2008 and will probably let it be in the bottle for a month or 3 before I open it. If you are interested in making traditional grape wines and do not live near a supply of wine grapes, you don't make it from the stuff you buy at the supermarket, kit wines are a good way to start, and if you have a local homebrew shop (check your yellowpages or the internet) you will have a resource ready at hand to help you through your first steps.
