I am so boring. No not really. I ski, and bicycle, and can fix anything with wheels. Started making wine about 4 years ago, now moving into possible sparkling wines if I can get some more info about it.

I am a woman living in Israel. A friend started this forum and got swamped with work so, knowing I am interested in this subject, he asked me to keep an eye on it. My other hobbies are walking, photography and meditating near the sea.

I am a Winemaker at a small winery on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. Started making wine at home when I was about 14... mainly your stock standard grape, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry. Also dabble in distillation using a reflux still and make a killer blueberry vodka! :) Other hobbies I have include coffee roasting/blending and of course drinking coffee. Also going on big walks with my Kelpie in the countryside!
