i have a 3-gallon batch of red dry wine that is .996 s.g and i racked it off yesterday . it was started april-5 2009 it is not very old how many more times should i rack this . and should i put some oak chips in it . and what will the oak chip do to it . i tasted it two days ago and it tasted good . i just hope i can get it to finish out and taste like it does now . any help will be appreciated .
